Cancellation & Refund Policy

Automatic renewal

MoodTicker Pro costs $9/month (plus applicable taxes) and renews automatically every month until you cancel.

How to cancel (online, anytime)

Go to the Account page and click Manage subscription. Stripe's secure billing portal will let you cancel in a few clicks, with no need to contact us. You can also email support@stocksentimenttoday.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, Pro stays active until then, and you will not be charged again.

Refunds

First payment, 7-day refund: if you are not satisfied, email support@stocksentimenttoday.com within 7 days of your first Pro payment for a full refund.
Renewals: renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but if you forgot to cancel and have not used Pro since the renewal, contact us within 7 days and we will refund it.
Service problems: if a significant outage or a material reduction in Pro features affects you, we will provide a prorated refund on request.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe and usually arrive within 5–10 business days.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights you have under applicable law.
